Beachfront holiday rentals in Velsen

We will be happy to come back. Great concept of the camp. Minimalist but with heart. For 4 adults maybe a little tight, but certainly doable in summer due to the terrace. If you like small soft pillows - please take one with you. 😉🙃 In the upper bunk bed, a fall-out protection has now been removed. What is missing are hooks to hang things - even in the cupboards🙈😬 We've already shared it as an idea on site. Otherwise super friendly. Very close to the super nice beach.

We spent beautiful days there, we had a great time. The sea is a 5-minute walk and we made a day trip to Amsterdam the bus and bank connection was super easy. It was balm for the soul and the battery was fully charged after the few days. Highly recommend. The tiny house matched the description and everything was in good condition. The Rituals products were also really great and the whole place smelled so good

The chalet met our expectations. It is located above and belonging to one of the oldest and most beautiful hotels in the village: modern shower, good bed with firm mattress, the kitchen is also functionally equipped. A very solid place to stay. If you have any questions, someone is always available. As a dog owner, we liked the location very much. The dune, where all dog owners felt like they did their morning and evening laps with the four-legged friend, is right across the street from the hotel/ chalet. Dogs are welcome everywhere. The beach is 100 meters away You can walk to the Spar supermarket in the morning in 10 minutes. We will be happy to come back.

The basecamp & our stay was really very nice. Everything went smoothly, everyone was helpful and very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Had a great stay at Basecamp! Our house (4.1) was cozy and clean. From the roof terrace we had a great view of the sunset and the dunes. The basecamp has a very special charm, everything is very familiar and you can discover many things. We only stayed two nights but would have liked to stay much longer. It's only a few minutes walk to the beach and the small town is super easy to reach by car. The communication was very good! We will be happy to come back. ☺️

Quiet oasis, right by the sea and close to Amsterdam. The tiny houses are nicely decorated and offer everything you need for a few days. All staff were very nice and staying with dog is extremely popular. I would love it if there were any bowls for water and food when booking with a dog. Otherwise, they were completely satisfied again.

The landlord couple were incredibly friendly, always smiling and responding promptly. Even though we arrived very late, they waited for us. There’s a lovely dog and chickens in the yard too! Note that this is a houseboat, so don’t expect the same facilities as a regular house. However, the serene and beautiful surroundings offered a unique experience that ordinary accommodations can’t match. The child didn’t want to leave, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great vacation! The house leaves nothing to be desired. The view of the sea is fantastic. Everything in the house is clean and tidy . In the immediate vicinity, you will find a lot of things to do and there are also shopping opportunities. We will be happy to come back !

Our stay met our expectations. We own a sailboat and are aware of the space restrictions involved. We enjoy different experiences and this fit the bill. Steven is very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed talking with him. We took advantage of the tugboat tour Steven offers to his guests and this was a more intimate experience than we would otherwise have had on a canal trip in Amsterdam. Steven gave us the opportunity to experience bitter ballen and Skipper bitters at an old Dutch pub. For those who are adventurous and able bodied, this is a stay to put on the list!!

We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.

The house of Wessel and Maud is very stylishly furnished and well located. You can quickly walk to the Lidl and the hearty center of Huizen. In addition, Huizen is in a great location, you are within 30-45 minutes by car in great cities such as Amsterdam, Haarlem, Utrecht, etc. and on beautiful beaches such as Wijk an de See and Zandervort. Wessel is very friendly and always responds very quickly. We had a very nice time. 🥰

The house was well designed with lots of neat details. Michiel was a nice and responsive host who always answered our questions. The house is very well located only a bikeride from the beach, and Shops and train station are within walking distance. Cleanliness of the kitchen could have been better (we rewashed everything because apparently the filter in the dishwasher was full so the dishes weren't clean upon arrival).

Had a great time staying on Steven’s boat. Steven is very friendly and responsive. Weesp is a beautiful and peaceful area to stay.

Frances picked us up from the bus station with her car and took us to the property. This was very nicely decorated. What by far the most convinced was the proximity to the water and the view of this from the sofa!!! :)

Our stay at Tiny House on the beach was just wonderful! The house is tastefully decorated and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location right on the water is fantastic, and we were able to enjoy the fantastic views and beautiful sunsets every day. It's perfect for families with young kids, but couples will also have a great time here. The house is equipped with everything you need – from the kitchen to cozy sleeping arrangements. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and didn't want to leave at all. We would recommend it to anyone at any time and look forward to our next stay! A big thank you to the hosts for this wonderful experience!

We stayed as a family in Rachel's beach house. We felt very comfortable, everything is as described and the communication for questions was always great. It is a different type of camping holiday. The toilets and showers are in a toilet wagon /shower wagon. It is not so far away from the beach house. You have everything you need, but you can't expect luxury. They were super nice days because the weather was really great. In case of bad weather, however, it would be problematic with infants. Since the beach house is very narrow. It was a great adventure, happy to come again!

We had a great stay at the beach with our children (5&7). In both rain and sun, we felt very comfortable in the beach hut. The children liked to play behind the house on the dunes, where it was nice and warm and protected even with a lot of wind. The sea was so close that we made short trips to the water again and again, even if it was very fresh for longer swimming in the North Sea. With a large midday heat, the children could play under the cabin in the shade in the play kitchen. For my husband and I there were plenty of sunny and shaded places and we were able to relax for super hours. Ideal spot for kiters in wind - you don't have to drag the material far and there is parking for residents right behind the dunes. You have to be aware that, as with camping, you use public toilets (and shower). The way there is only short from the cottage.

Wow, what a lovely spot! Spent a week with my three children at Jennemiek's beach cottage and it was really fantastic. As you can see on the pictures, the cottage is in the middle of the beach with an unobstructed view of the sea. From the veranda directly with your feet in the sand. And despite the fact that it is small, it has all the comforts: comfortable beds, shower, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, outdoor furniture and even some outdoor toys (scoops, ball, frisbee, etc.). The cottage has no toilet but the sanitary building is nearby and neatly clean. The rows of white cottages on the beach also give a bit of a camping feeling, where everyone kindly greets each other and children play with each other. Jennemiek was a perfect host, she welcomed us personally and was easily accessible for questions during the week. Actually, we didn't want to go home after a week and hope to come back again. Absolutely recommended!

Staying in Amira's apartment was very good👍!It is very chicly decorated and has everything you need. It takes some guidance at the beginning, finding the entrance to the side ,but Amira sent good photos. Don't let the hallway deter you! The room walls are about clairaudient but if you were on the road all day, you sleep well anyway! Conclusion: Relaxing vacation, beautiful room
