On our property, you'll find animals, a vegetable garden and cosy spots. The area is ideal for leisure activities along the dykes, rivers and floodplains. Fancy a quiet retreat by your caravan or in your hammock? Then you've also come to the right place with us. Everything is wonderfully back-to-basic, but everything you need is provided.

This luxurious and cozy detached villa directly on the water with sauna (new) and hot tub is perfect for families and is located on a beautiful countryside in Zeewolde. The house is nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. A spectacular garden, completely on the water. On the terrace, there is a large lounge set, a wonderful BBQ place, a sauna & hot tub. The shared swimming pool and tennis courts will make your vacation complete. 20 min from Amsterdam Dogs are of course welcome. You can even fish!!

Super house located in the center of Zutphen

The luxurious and stylish accommodation is located on the Berkel in the historic Hanseatic city of Zutphen. It is a wonderful base for exploring Zutphen and its surroundings all year round. It is only a few minutes' walk to the city. Zutphen is a beautiful city with many historic buildings with nice shops, museums and many restaurants. There are several hiking/cycling routes. So you can explore the IJssel/Berkel area, the forests or Veluwe. From the backyard, you can step onto a SUP or into a canoe.

Guesthouse Goedemoed

Horsterwold is located next to the largest deciduous forest in Europe. Very water-rich area 4-5 km (Veluwemeer and Wolderwijd) for a lot of water sports. At the park, you can enjoy a swimming pool and tennis court. There is also the possibility to cycle beautiful cycling routes or to go canoeing. Bicycles and canoes free of charge Zeewolde is centrally located in the Netherlands. - 45 min to Amsterdam (by car) - 30 min. to Utrecht (by car) - 10 min. to Harderwijk (by car) - Downtown Zeewolde 5 km

Sauna in the woods 'Metsä'

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Experience it for yourself with SISU Natuurlijk: it's wonderful coming home to the fireplace here.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Steelhouse - your forest escape by the lake

Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits. For dog owners: the property is fenced😊

Modern water villa; stay on the water

Relax in this unique and fantastic split-level home: lots of light, space and cozy outdoor terraces. From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level lower are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.

You will be staying in a former forge from + -1870 in a beautiful, historical and very quiet area. This "Smidse" has been converted into a modern, cozy, very complete and spacious home. Extremely suitable as a base for various natural or sporting excursions, or as your "home away from home" when you temporarily need a 2nd home. Outside is a modest terrace overlooking an old, uninhabited presbytery. Wonderfully quiet!

Our vacation home is suitable for couples and families (with children). It is a beautiful rural holiday home with many beautiful hiking, biking and fishing opportunities. A place to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.
