Nice private floor in 70s style in the city center.

My Airbnb is on the 2nd floor and you don't have to share it. The decor has a 1970s atmosphere. A bedstead has been built on the spacious landing. The bathroom is quite spacious. The kitchen is fully furnished. There is free tea, coffee, spices, WiFi and a TV in the bedstee. The floor can be closed separately (see photos). On the second floor, I have placed an extra door that closes my floor from the landing. In the neighborhood you can park for free, but not everywhere, see explanation for guest access.

This centrally located accommodation is tastefully decorated. The living room provides plenty of light and space. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. There is a children's room, a room with a single bed and also a bedroom with a double bed (180x210, electric). In the garden there is sun all day and different places to sit. There is an outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower with hot water! In addition, there is a heater at the seat under the canopy. There are plenty of toys available.

From here, you can find various cycling, hiking and mountain bike routes. You can also walk to the cozy center of Ede. You can relax here in the sauna or with a drink by the cozy wood fireplace. In the basement, you can play table tennis, pool, darts and/or table football. There is a cat living in the house, Bear. She loves cuddling and eating!

The house is located less than 10 minutes by bike from Amersfoort Central Station. Amersfoort is a nice city with museums, picturesque streets, and a cozy market on Fridays and Saturdays. We are located in Amersfoort-Zuid, close to the Treek estate and the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Ideal places to enjoy nature!

The Grocery Store

The Grocery Store holiday home is a tastefully furnished and luxurious village house in Zeddam in Gelderland. This former grocery store dating from 1953 is renovated in style and has various authentic elements such as beamed ceilings. But, the modern luxury gadgets are not forgotten, such as glasfiber WiFi, 55" LED TV with cinema sound, free standing bathtub and rain shower. And yes, there is a real classic Fiat 600 in your living room :-)

Nijmegen Lent cozy house

Slow down in this unique, cozy accommodation with a green garden. Ten minutes from the center of Nijmegen, close to a nice recreational water, Pathé cinema, beaches and dikes of the river Waal with beautiful hiking areas. There is something for everyone here: nature, culture, beach and delicious restaurants. The supermarket is around the corner, as well as the bus stop. Lent Station is a 10-minute walk.
