Château 10 chambres Marais Poitevin 22 people

The Château de la Sebrandière is an old priory that was completely refurbished . Today, it is a magnificent residence rehabilitated according to the architecture of the time and embellished with all modern comforts, which opens its doors in the middle of a vast park in the middle of vineyards. Feel free to come and share a wonderful time in this idyllic setting with family or friends! We accept a maximum of 24 people including adults and children. We don't accept pets from our friends.

Castle with modern comforts, tennis and pool

Part of a castle historical monument totally restored to new with taste and quality in the last 3 years. It is set in a park with beautiful multi-century-old trees, a tennis court and a swimming pool The owner after more than 25 years in London City returned to spend part of his retirement on the comfortable family property to accommodate his children and grandchildren. A caretaker household lives permanently on the property and is there for urgent assistance.

La Fonatine du Chateau

The Chateau de la Goujonnerie and its outbuildings have been restored to include all modern amenities and decorated with modern and antique furniture and works of art and curiosities. Attention to detail will take you to another world for the duration of your stay. The castle of the 19th century is located on 7 hectar of land with a beautiful park with views of the plains and has a lake and a forest. Each guest benefits from the use of the outdoor heated pool.

In the heart of the village and close to the church, the house enjoys the proximity to shops within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, restaurant, tobacco press, post office, pharmacy...) while maintaining its calm thanks to a 1.5 ha wooded park. Quiet and harmoniously decorated rooms are part of a spacious 16th century mansion completely renovated. . My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
