We had a great two weeks of vacation. The accommodation is designed for the comfort of its hosts, nothing is missing and checks all our boxes. The accommodation is very clean, it is a challenge to return it in the state. Thank you to Brice and Mathieu for their kindness ( and the delicious brioche). Les Sables d 'Olonne are really very accessible ( but we are in March)and have been the subject of many of our walks , between the corniche , the port , the Remblai. There is something to take care of and / or stroll , sip , eat, it even lives out of season .., as for the accommodation, it was an eagerness to relax there after our daily strolls. To be redone

We had a great time. Cozy spacious house with a large bathroom and spacious garden with convenient garden furniture. Close to large supermarket and close to Sauveterre beach with guarded area. By car or bicycle, you can be in the center from where you can walk to the boulevard or go shopping.

Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

Weeklong stay, matches photos and description and is even better than pictured. Quiet place, owner available but not intrusive. We fell in love with the Vendee and these stone houses. Clean pool, chlorine-friendly pool. We'll be happy to come back, we haven't finished discovering the area. It has everything you need to live. The place is clean. We were hosted very well by Nathalie and Christian. They were great tips during our stay. The accommodation was spacious, very pleasant and 2/3 minutes from the beach. So many things that allowed us to have a very nice stay at the island of Yeu. We'll have great memories of it. It goes without saying that we warmly recommend this house.

Small getaway with friends to spend time together, in 2025. The setting was very suitable, both for the tastefully decorated small house and the surroundings. We really fell in love with it. We can only recommend Arnaud's little house if you want a quiet, warm and cozy place. We'll be back, for sure!
