In the Nantais vineyard, our cottage accommodates 4 people maximum (children from 5 years old) in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Parties strictly forbidden. It is 1 studio, adjoining our house, with 2 beds in an attic mezzanine and a Rapido convertible into a bed in the living room. Private terrace to the east; Access to 1 part of the garden to the west. Direct access to the 12.50 m x 4 m heated indoor shared pool. 8am to 10pm. Preferably RESAS for the week during school holidays.

In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

Furnished LA FLEURETTE We are 45 minutes from Puy du Fou, Vendée beaches and the Poitevin marsh and 300 m from all shops. Description: Rental of 44 m² for 2 to 4 people, kitchen area in the main room with 1 sofa bed, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140, bathroom with shower + toilet, comfortable accommodation for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Private courtyard with garden furniture and car parking space. If we are away we have a key box.

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne. This is a suite with a separate bedroom and bathroom, a beautiful terrace covered with a fully equipped bioclimatic pergola, and a Jacuzzi on the outdoor terrace. The whole space is private.
