Very nice accommodation to stay a few days and visit the area. We received a detailed and clear message from the host regarding the instructions for accessing the studio. The neighborhood is quiet and the accommodation is true to the listing description. By car everything is close, both the sea and the shops. I recommend it!

After receiving very specific instructions, (which allowed us to find the accommodation and access it more than easily), we were very pleasantly surprised to enter a clean , smelling and very functional accommodation. Everything is well thought out, and we had a very nice relaxing time, both children and parents. Step between 2 days in Puy du Fou to recommend ++ , we will recommend it to our loved ones.

Listing identical to the description and functional. It is well located: about 12min from Le Puy du Fou by car. It's in an industrial area. Very kind and responsive host in our message communications. Wifi in the apartment. Pleasant exterior. I recommend it. The only thing to improve for me is to add a light in the bathroom on the mirror side because it's not bright enough in the morning and evening. Otherwise everything is perfect. Thanks for the stay.

Thank you both for hosting us, we had a great time during our 6 night stay.! The location is a rural retreat that is rich with nature. Our children (10 and 8) loved trying to catch the frogs around the lake, and the lizards that sunbathed on the paths. We saw toads, birds of prey, and dragonflies, and heard kingfishers and owls. The lake was magical, reminded me of the famous Redmire pool in the UK. Lots of carp showing on the surface. I had some memorable fishing sessions trying to outwit them! The pool was clean and safe with a shallow end. We all spent a lot of time in there on the hot days! Games room a fun edition, we enjoyed ping pong and darts. We didn't try golf but saw others playing. Accommodation was well equipped, especially the kitchen which even had a garlic press and full bbq utensils including wooden skewers. Shower nice and powerful. Everything spotlessly clean. We had a bbq most nights which was provided on the patio. We would recommend!

ideal cottage in nature to rest after a day spent at Puy du Fou , the location and the very pleasant setting. MARC and his wife gave us a very good welcome accompanied by small gifts . there is nothing missing, the bedding is very comfortable , the children loved the comfort and decor of their rooms as soon as they arrived! thank you to MARC and his wife i will highly recommend this cottage and will come back to it anytime!!!!!! it was a really nice weekend for grandparents and grandchildren

Conveniently located, quiet and 2 steps from the sea. Very clean and very well-equipped, a crib had even been installed when we arrived for our baby. We had a lovely stay.

Excellent stay with a search for a change of scenery and tranquility, which was accomplished thanks to our week at Véronique's. Véronique is very responsive and had great tips for places to visit during our stay. In addition, the accommodation is very clean and modern. The kitchen and outdoor living room offered us beautiful evenings. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Very pleasant stay with Françoise who was flexible on schedules, welcoming and friendly. Accommodation adjoining his house but completely independent, arranged in a "cottage surfer" style that smells like holidays! Easy to find in the small village of Les Conches, as described and very clean. On site, outside, small private and secure parking, large garden available. Inside, cozy living room and small kitchen. Beautiful bathroom, beautiful wooden furniture in the bedroom and really excellent bedding, great comfort! All in a peaceful environment, on the edge of pine forest and dunes. In short, a very good place near the coast, at a good value for money.

Very friendly and accommodating owner while being discreet. Small well-designed, functional , tastefully decorated home. Very peaceful and pleasant place in the hamlet, a short walk to the beach.

Very good hosting by Florent, he knows how to answer our questions (don't hesitate to ask him). Occasional visits from their adorable dog, very well trained. Very quiet place which allows you to rest peacefully. We had everything we needed, everything is available inside the studio.
