Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own ensuite, plus 2 separate toilets. Big private enclosed mature garden and superb terrasse. 20-minute walk to the beach & 3 minutes to the shops. Hello, I present to you my main house (therefore fully equipped). 90 m2 house + 1 30 m2 apartment in the garden, 2 independent spaces, 2 bedrooms, 3 double beds + 2 single beds (the mattresses are new). The 2 living rooms are equipped with a sofa that converts into a real bed (new). The heating system is a pellet stove and radiators, the kitchens are all equipped, cooking utensils with range and American fridge (water/ice cube). 0 cleaning fee, leave clean.

Located just 350m from the beaches of the Corniche, this villa is remarkable for its decidedly elegant style. Its decor is modern and neat. It is just as convenient with its many amenities like its heated pool, its sunny garden sheltered from the wind and looks. It is quiet from the crowds. Are unique with each of its rooms very wide open to the garden and the pool make it a pleasant house to live in. A unique experience!
