Pretty villa on large garden, 2 steps from the beaches

The villa Le Closeau, 2 steps from the beach, will offer you beautiful moments of family holidays. This spacious house can accommodate 14 people and is set in a magnificent enclosed garden with trees of 2500m2. Set back from the road and surrounded by gardens, the villa is quiet. Located at about 1500m from the beach Les Conches and the surf spots, you can go there by foot or by bike. You will find a grocery shop a few meters away, cafes and restaurants in the street that leads to the beach.

Villa Paulownia: enjoy your holiday on foot or by bike. We promise you a restful and authentic stay (local market, seafood,...) You will appreciate the comfort of the beds (down feather & bedlinen provided), the lounge as well as the superbly equipped kitchen. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own ensuite, plus 2 separate toilets. Big private enclosed mature garden and superb terrasse. 20-minute walk to the beach & 3 minutes to the shops. Dedicated space for homeworking (high speed internet)

Atypical 50' villa on stilts between forest & beach

The house was designed by an architect in 1960. Near the beach, on its stilts, it looks like a UFO landed on the sand. It is furnished in the style of the time. Its south-facing terrace, large garden and "plancha corner" under the house offer different relaxing atmospheres. On foot: walks in the forest, on the beach, swimming, beach bars... By bike: shops, markets, bar/restaurants. Getaways: Les Sables-d'Olonne, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Marais Poitevin, Green Venice…

Located just 350m from the beaches of the Corniche, this villa is remarkable for its decidedly elegant style. Its decor is modern and neat. It is just as convenient with its many amenities like its heated pool, its sunny garden sheltered from the wind and looks. It is quiet from the crowds. Are unique with each of its rooms very wide open to the garden and the pool make it a pleasant house to live in. A unique experience!
