THE RIVERSIDE SUITE with POOL easy to reach Venice

Near the highway A4 and the bus stop going to Venice and Padua in less than 30 min. In the center, bright, simple and elegant. Overlooking the river with beautiful views. It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

Spritz & Love Venice apartment

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

Elegant sea view apartment with large living room, two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, 1 double sofa bed.Large terrace. The apartment is on the 14th floor of the Aquileia tower, one of the symbols of Jesolo. Lift. Swimmingpool (mid May - mid September open), and place on the beach included (one beach umbrella, one deck chair, one sunbed). One underground garage. The apartment is located a few meters from Piazza Mazzini, the heart of Jesolo and a 5-minute walk from the beach.

In the condominium in addition to the pool there is a very cozy bar where they prepare exquisite food and drinks, also has a bicycle rental room.
