A perfect place for a family reunion, where you immediately feel good. The beds made on arrival, towels available, the pool and foosball room, the ping pong table are a real asset for this rental. On order, we were able to get our first dinner which was delicious. Emmanuelle is very welcoming and helpful. A big thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The outdoor space with the garden was great for relaxing, and the kids enjoyed themselves in the games room. The barbecue was a real plus for our family evenings. The house is spacious, well-equipped and perfectly suited for a family stay. The host was very welcoming and took care to provide us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. We highly recommend this place for a holiday with peace of mind!

Great place to stay for climbing in the Fontainebleau forest. It's only about 10-15 minutes drive from the main climbing areas. Big house, plenty of space for the family to spread out into, comfortable beds and sofa, toys for younger children and garden to play in. We got the train to Paris for one day: the station is walking distance, trains every 20 mins and just over 1 hour journey to central Paris. The pizza place at the end of the road is great, there's a bakery, a little shop, a pharmacy, a play area and basketball/football courts all near the station. Demy was really helpful all the way through our stay.

This is the second year in a row that we book this home, for reunions between friends and family. The place is perfect for hosting a large number of people, and suitable for children. It is very nice to have rooms (rather than "dorms" for example) The house is very well equipped, baby/children friendly. It's also very clean. And Catherine is very friendly and very available, both to answer questions in advance and once there. We would highly recommend it!

I am not at my first booking with Beatrice and always a pleasure to be received this way! Beatrice is very welcoming and very flexible, access is extremely clear and easy! We spent two nights at Guillaume's with friends for my birthday. Both houses are very nice and comfortable. Everything is done to make you feel at home. The kitchens are very well equipped, the decor is neat, there is a large fireplace in each house. The bedding is extremely comfortable and the cleanliness of the premises is impeccable. We received a very warm welcome from Sophie who provided us with all the necessary explanations. I highly recommend for a stay with family or friends.

Simply perfect! The only small negative point of our stay was the rain (that's saying something!) which did not allow us to enjoy the exceptional pool area as much as we would have liked. New, comfortable and very clean accommodation. The hosts are extremely friendly, present in another wing of the property, which poses no problems... In short, we recommend it 100%.

Léa's house is perfect for a moment with friends / family, and all the activities available make it possible to gather in a relaxing setting. We were able to enjoy the barbecue and the outdoor fire pit, spend sweet evenings outdoors, and end the nights around billiards and poker. Lea was quick to answer all our questions, and was always friendly in our interactions. In short, this is a perfect place to breathe:)
