We had a great stay at Emmanuelle’s with a group of friends. It’s a lovely house for a large group, and away from any neighbours. Supermarkets are accessible at Sens, a quick 10/15 minutes away.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The outdoor space with the garden was great for relaxing, and the kids enjoyed themselves in the games room. The barbecue was a real plus for our family evenings. The house is spacious, well-equipped and perfectly suited for a family stay. The host was very welcoming and took care to provide us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. We highly recommend this place for a holiday with peace of mind!

This is a beautiful place, it’s very well designed and uses the compact space very well. In a gated courtyard it is very calming and quiet. The owners gave very good clear instructions and were attentive in all comms.

Great place to stay for climbing in the Fontainebleau forest. It's only about 10-15 minutes drive from the main climbing areas. Big house, plenty of space for the family to spread out into, comfortable beds and sofa, toys for younger children and garden to play in. We got the train to Paris for one day: the station is walking distance, trains every 20 mins and just over 1 hour journey to central Paris. The pizza place at the end of the road is great, there's a bakery, a little shop, a pharmacy, a play area and basketball/football courts all near the station. Demy was really helpful all the way through our stay.

Great house in a quiet location. Perfect for a stay with a large group. The house, especially the kitchen, was very well equipped. Communication with the host was excellent. They were always available and very flexible. Definitely recommended!

We enjoyed Catherine's place to spend an extended weekend with friends. The kids were able to enjoy the toys outside and inside. The environment is very quiet and the house is spacious. Two bedrooms are on the mezzanine, it is a detail that can be important to some families.

I am not at my first booking with Beatrice and always a pleasure to be received this way! Beatrice is very welcoming and very flexible, access is extremely clear and easy! Well located for excursions to Paris or the surrounding area. We are absolutely satisfied everything was exactly as described. We will be happy to come back. We spent two nights at Guillaume's with friends for my birthday. Both houses are very nice and comfortable. Everything is done to make you feel at home. The kitchens are very well equipped, the decor is neat, there is a large fireplace in each house. The bedding is extremely comfortable and the cleanliness of the premises is impeccable. We received a very warm welcome from Sophie who provided us with all the necessary explanations. I highly recommend for a stay with family or friends.

Simply perfect! The only small negative point of our stay was the rain (that's saying something!) which did not allow us to enjoy the exceptional pool area as much as we would have liked. New, comfortable and very clean accommodation. The hosts are extremely friendly, present in another wing of the property, which poses no problems... In short, we recommend it 100%.

Léa's house is perfect for a moment with friends / family, and all the activities available make it possible to gather in a relaxing setting. We were able to enjoy the barbecue and the outdoor fire pit, spend sweet evenings outdoors, and end the nights around billiards and poker. Lea was quick to answer all our questions, and was always friendly in our interactions. In short, this is a perfect place to breathe:)
