Pablo the perfect host. Helpful and communicative. Stay in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood and about three minutes walk to the beach. The apartment itself is worth the price. All the amenities from the description, and even more than you expected. Everyone had their own room. There was even an airfryer. The dishwasher cubes were also included, and the host thought of everything.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Juan's place is amazing. The area itself is quiet and relaxing, and there's a very nice gym 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There's some very good restaurants around the corner too - Juan was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. The technology and equipment in the apartment is very modern, which is a nice touch. It really felt like we were the first to stay in this place, it was so clean

We had a wonderful stay at Juana’s apartment. The view was UNBELIEVABLE, the pictures do not do it justice. The flat was perfectly clean and cosy, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Could not recommend it more. Thank you !

Beautiful clean and comfortable apartment in a great location which is quiet but just a few steps from the beach and some great cafes, bars and restaurants. The parking was a bonus and requires a bit of manoeuvring if you have a large car but is very close and secure. Very well equipped.

We really couldn't have chosen a better place for our vacation. The house is really good, the air conditioning is great, it's pet friendly, clean and the beach is really close! 100% recommended! ❤️❤️

We stayed in the apartment with two adults and three children. The sea view from the terrace is super! It is wonderful to wake up to such a view every day. The terrace has a lovely dining table and plenty of shade and privacy. The kitchen is excellently equipped, we even baked a cake. The supermarket is nearby, as is the swimming pool and the beach. The apartment is also very easily accessible by car, and there is plenty of parking. In May it was not crowded, little noise. We had a wonderful time!

I stayed at this place with my husband and two young sons. It was perfect for our family with lots of space but also lots of places to be together as well. Property was amazing, really comfortable and provided everything we needed for the week. The pool area was lovely and clean. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Perfect holiday and lovely place to have a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel experience. The service provided by Andrew and his team was excellent, they kept in contact with me before the holiday and responded to my messages when needed while we were there. We would highly recommend this holiday home and hope to return again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s house. The house was beautiful, clean and as in the pictures. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check in was easy and flexible, as we arrived in the night. It was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, farmacy and some restaurants. The pool and the outside area was very nice, comfortable and private.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

This was a wonderful stay enjoyed by me and my partner! The rooftop balcony was definitely an added bonus as I thought this would be a communal area, however was delighted to find out it was private. Brilliant local amenities, such as the restaurants and supermarket, also the beach is no less than 1 minute walk away I couldn’t believe it. Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

Had an amazing stay at Lola’s beautiful town house. The design of the interior was as stunning as the views! It was peaceful, calm and breathtaking. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was immaculate and decorated in a lovely fresh and modern style. Everything you need is very close by, with direct access to the beach just minutes away. Lots of walkable beach bars close by, as well as the main strip of restaurants in Los Alcázares about a half hour walk or 5 minute drive. We thought the location was perfect. We would definitely book this apartment again!

Nice and cozy apartment less than 10 minutes away from the beach. Very well equipped, quiet area with free parking. Tewfik was very available and gave us all the information we needed. Super price. Highly recommended.

it is the most wonderful place in the world: a magical place between the mountain and the sea, on the beach , just a few steps to be on a wonderful virgin beach ( and nudist) with crystal clear waters with colorful fish, the house is very nice and has everything you need for a wonderful stay including snorkelling gearing and an incredible terrace with garden over the sea have been my best vacations in a long time thanks to this wonderful house, if you can not hesitate to stay here: you will be very lucky

A lovely apartment which has everything you need and is really modern inside. The location is perfect with the beach and restaurants just outside the front entrance and the easy access to supermarkets and bars. The apartment has a lovely view of the marina from one of the balconies and Ann has included some beach umbrellas and mats for a relaxing day on the beach. Ann communicates well and ensured we had a great stay.

We had an amazing holiday. Could not been better and we would love to rent the house again. We were 3 generations together and all of us had a great time. Will recommend the villa and JK Villa Rentals highly.
