Chalet holiday rentals in Vensac

We loved our stay in Lacanau, the house is ideally located close to the beaches on foot or by bike! The house is a little spartan but we only had sunshine it was no problem as we were spending all our time in the great garden! A great experience!

Diana and I were super happy with the place. Floki (our dog) got along great with the friendly Lola (her dog). Really great! The place was super clean, the amenities are great and the best part is, the landlords are totally accommodating and sweet. Really! Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool due to the weather, but it is clean and a nice size. The bakery in the village is really highly recommended, especially the little chocolate cakes! 😍 It was a great stay! PS: The kitchen is well equipped and the dog can roam freely on the premises without being able to escape :)

We spent 3 nights at Patrice and Slavica's, in a very quiet and wooded environment, very nice large garden. The cottage matches the description, the bedding is comfortable, the shower with its gadgets entertained us. Very friendly and discreet hosts, flexible check-in and check-out times. A good stay of relaxation and rest!

Our hosts greatly contributed to this charming stay in Cap Ferret. Their kindness and the amount of space made available to us completely appealed to us. We'll be back with pleasure!

The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and perfectly as described. It is located in a very pleasant wooded environment and above all very quiet, which we particularly appreciated. Being a little away from the busier areas allowed us to enjoy a relaxing stay while staying close to all the points of interest in the basin. The location is ideal to discover the area without being faced with the tourist hustle and bustle. We highly recommend!

very nice house, equipped with everything. perfect location within walking distance of the lake, and also close to the sea beach. 5 min lines to Hourtin where you can do all your groceries. great place, we will definitely come back.

A warm and friendly welcome from Georgette and accommodation in an unbeatable location. If you want modern luxury this place is not for you, but if you like rustic charm with all essential amenities and right on the beach you'll have difficulty finding better. Out of the garden gate onto the beach you'll find walking/cycling paths direct to the centre of the little town (probably less than 10 minutes walk) where there are restaurants, cafes, supermarket, gift shops and bicycle hire shops. In the other direction is the port and more shops and eateries. I'm so pleased to have discovered Arcachon and this special place to stay.

The cottage is cleverly appointed, so there is more to it than the comfort needed for a vacation rental. The terrace, huge, is well shaded thanks to the blind. The decor is personal and nice. The relationship with the owner was friendly from end to end, we even had the chance to meet when we left. A great place to stay for a few days or a few weeks at the jenny!

This was the 2nd time we had booked our stay with Françoise and just like the first time everything was fine. The cottage was very well in order and sparkling clean, there was a small surprise ready for us on arrival and Françoise always responded very quickly to our messages. We are very satisfied with our stay!

We had a great two weeks vacation in the pine forest. The house is great and very well-equipped. Between lake and ocean, all traveling only by bike. The best.

Small paradise for families, we had a very nice week with our 6 and 9 year old daughters. Jacqueline is a thoughtful host, who takes the time to call us to prepare for our arrival. The cottage is optimized, everything is functional and in very good condition, we see that it is maintained and that everything is replaced regularly for the well-being of the inhabitants. Although located in a campsite, the chalet has a private lot, totally closed by a hedge which makes it possible to be at home, to easily store your car, bikes, paddle board or other. A great barbecue, a huge outdoor table. The place remains quiet despite the proximity to the activities of the campsite, the cottage is located near swimming pools, reception, walking trails etc. In short, our children have already asked us to come back, and we share their enthusiasm!! A thank you also to Cathy who made herself available for our welcome and our requests during the stay:)

One week stay with wife and children in a quiet, peaceful and beautiful residence (young partygoers refrain). Close to the beach (200 m) and restaurant (tasting) and private heated resident pool! Clean and very well-equipped mobile home (+ barbecue, bicycles (ideal for visiting the surroundings), covered terrace + outdoor table...) all on the edge of the residence with views of the Marsh. Responsive and attentive owner. In short, we'll keep the address for the next vacation.

The accommodation is in a peaceful residence and very well located in relation to the lake. Pleasant and well equipped to spend a week with family. The host is very responsive and responds quickly.

Great stay at Tiphelle's place. Extremely clean and very very very very very very very well-equipped small house for both adults and guests! Good location 200m from the lake and 10mn walk from the center of Maubuisson! We will be back

A real vacation! You arrive at Olivier's with just your laundry, little clothes and food and the holidays start. In the house everything is thought out and explained, Olivier is available. You put the car down and you borrow the bikes that Olivier has at your disposal and anything is possible: the beach, the pool, activities, shopping, restaurants... One regret, we had only booked a week!

We very much enjoyed the accommodation as well as Gaelle who was very attentive, a crib and toys for our 2 year old. I recommend it!

Small, well appointed, equipped and clean cottage. In the garden of the house by the pool. A picnic table is out of the way. Very convenient to access Arcachon or Bordeaux by train. Great for oyster lovers too. Laurence is very friendly and offers good advice.

We had a nice stay in Biganos. The games available for children were perfect for occupying them in the evening. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy the pretty terrace as the mosquitoes were so relentless…fortunately mosquito nets are installed at the windows. We discovered a very nice little pine wooded beach 25 minutes away (Caton beach) in Sanguinet. Place is in a good location and easy to get to. It's very quiet. It's a lovely piece of paradise.

Pascals place is really very clean and tastefully decorated. It is not far from the southern beach access of La Jenny and the path to the village center can also be walked very well. We quickly felt comfortable here, although we had a little bad luck with the weather. Bed and sofa were really super comfortable. Pascal himself is literally a superhost, likeable and always helpful. Among other things, he helped us with a problem with the Chris team, for which we are very grateful. We enjoyed our time at Pascal's place and would come back.
