The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

To relax in any season, a professional spa has just taken place and you have access to the shared swimming pool (heated on sunny days).

Possibility of booking €50 meal baskets for 2 and €7/pers breakfasts. Close to the city and the canal, 10 minutes from the city centre.

ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION Charming 25 m² air-conditioned studio located a short walk from the village and a few km from Carcassonne. The accommodation is quiet and not overlooked and has its own private entrance. The studio is attached to our house. A 5.50*3.50 m (unheated) swimming pool will be reserved for you. A charcoal barbecue is available. It must not be moved.
