Composed of living room, bright kitchen with sea view balcony and bathroom. About twenty steps to reach the apartment. The country offers peace and tranquility. The beach can be reached by car or on foot along a path between the bands in 20/30 minutes. Tourist tax of € 1 per day per guest up to a maximum of € 7 No public transport , a car is recommended

Superb 2P waterfront apartment

Very nice seafront apartment, you will only have to cross the street to get to the beach. Close to many seaside restaurants and city center. Our apartment is located 10 minutes walk from Menton train station and shops, and old town. Reserved carpark in the basement. Large 50m2 apartment with living room, American kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with reading corner or single bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Well insulated with double windows and reversible air conditioning.
