Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Genuine Waterfront Mediterranean home in Villa between Rome and Naples, Lounge panoramic garden whit stunning seaview, Relax, family, holidays in warm weather. Comfortable access to the near sandy Serapo Beach, water not deep is perfect for snorkeling, kids. The house felt like an Oasi of quiet and calm after a day in the near city.
