Our home is an awesome place to be, we've spent a lot of time making our house special and want to share it with you! Our home is always kept super clean and has very comfortable beds, couches, and outdoor furniture. We live in the middle of everything great Ventura has to offer, but on a very lightly traveled side street that is very quiet at night. We live very close to Ventura's beautiful beaches and right around the corner from some great restaurants and bars. Ventura Permit #: 2284.

Just a short walk or drive from the pier and beach, 2 blocks from the best coffee shop in town, and a short walk to downtown with all the restaurants & shops you can imagine. This is the perfect place to kick back, relax, and make yourself at home in beautiful Ventura. Enjoy beautiful sunsets streaming in overlooking the ocean and a clean, boho space. Our hope is that you'll feel cozy and right at home in our little Sunset Haven.

Extra Large studio apartment in a hillside home. NO TELEVISION SET Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.). Located in the picturesque town of Santa Paula, 15 miles to Ojai and 17 miles to Ventura. I live in on the top floor of the home though there is ample privacy between the units and separate, private entrances. Full use of the pool. I do my best to let guests have the pool to themselves.
