The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

The apartment is located in Ičići, 800 meters from the beach. It is fully equipped and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet) and another separate toilet. The apartment is ideal for 6 people, 2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed. Bedrooms have balconies, living room has a large terrace with a table, seating area and a view of the sea. In the garden, guests have access to a gas grill, a hot tub, a table tennis table, darts, etc.

A vehicle is required to reach the center of Trieste in 15 minutes. Always a quiet and relaxing place. Bike trail a few minutes away to reach the city for those who are trained! Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.
