Monthly Rentals in Vermont

I spent 5 days at Mark’s place and it was spectacular. The location is great, out through the door onto the van. Airport pick up and drop off was on point, very much on time. Communication was good I would definitely recommend 10/10. If I had to go back I would be staying here.

Smart and well equipped. An ideal "home from home". It is possible to walk taking about 30 minutes for a fit person into Kingstown and Indian Bay Beach in the other direction passing a local supermarket which was open on Sunday evening. The local minibuses tend to very full and traffic busy, So a Taxi or own vehicle needed if you don't want to walk. The adjacent roads and paths are very steep, but with local help we found a "hidden" track and up very steep steps towards town. A benefit of the steep hill is nice views. Overall we liked the place and were impressed, by the quality and nice helpful touches.

Have now returned from one of the most relaxing breaks I’ve taken. Ronel and Fran ensured every part of our stay was catered for. They were very professional, but also so affable, friendly and positive. It was exciting to see their ambition and pride of the Sapphire Apartments with new developments. They checked on our wellbeing during our stay…first time I’ve had that. They were happy to receive feedback to make the experience even better than it is. I’m not a fan of waiting and then typing out faults either…offer people the opportunity to correct. That is in general, not with Ronel. Easily walkable to the main shopping centres, several beaches, and eateries. Locals are friendly…even the taxi driver we used during our stay messaged to wish us a safe journey home. We never return to a destination…I think this will change as Sapphire and St Vincent make a superb base for the rest of the islands too. Missing the pool already…

I honestly can't say enough amazing things about Jenny's Place. From the moment I booked they were so responsive and helpful and once I arrived, Jenny took the time to give me tips and just share her love of the island. I loved the view from the deck, so incredibly peaceful. Honestly felt right at home. I was able to walk to a bunch of restaurants and the information regarding the local walks was great (did the 10K r/t to Belmont, so fun). The space was comfy, kitchen well stocked even though I didn't use it. Sadly my time there was WAY too short so I will definitely have to come back.
