Profitez d'un logement élégant et central avec ce T1bis neuf en plein cœur du joli village de Varilhes (à côté de l'église) . Avec son lit double (en 140 cm) et son canapé convertible, il est idéal pour deux personnes, voire deux adultes et un enfant. De petite taille 22m2 mais bien équipé : douche et lavabo, cuisine complète, machine à laver, télévision, wifi, télévision, l'appartement est de plein pied. Pas d'escalier à franchir. Parking gratuit dans le village et sur la place adjacente.

Relaxation guaranteed in this cosy and spacious accommodation located at an altitude of 900 m with a breathtaking view of the Valier mountain. The green setting will seduce you... The accommodation is fully equipped and has a private terrace. It is attached to our house but the entrance is independent. On site, there is a Nordic bath and a sauna which can be booked on the day of arrival or in advance of course but it is an additional service not included in the rental price.

Within a radius of about twenty km, you can visit the towns of Mirepoix (medieval city), Foix (Gaston Phébus castle), Montségur (Cathar castle). Toulouse and Carcassonne are within an hour and offer many sightseeing opportunities. Pets are allowed, but there is no garden. Evenings and parties not allowed.

(See amenities). The accommodation consists of two bedrooms with double bed, a living room with fitted kitchen and a parking space. Outside you will enjoy your two small terraces and landscaped areas, where it is good to live and relax.

The chalet is intended to accommodate 1 person as well as to accommodate up to 8 people ,the rate is calculated according to the number of people please specify in the booking settings the number of people present during the stay The sleeping area on the ground floor (160/200 bed, sheets provided) is separated from the living room by blackout curtains. Upstairs a large single open room with 3 double beds ( 140/190 )

Welcome to Nini's! Located in the village of Verniolle, the brand new apartment specially created to welcome you, is located on the ground floor of the owner's house. You will be independent during your stay, but I am here to help if needed! With an area of 32 m2, the accommodation is fully equipped, very functional and offers a sheltered terrace to relax outdoors.
