It also has two double bedrooms where you can add a single bed to each room. Large bathroom with Empire-style bathtub. Outside you can enjoy a large private and fenced garden, covered garage for cars, games for children, and washing machine. The house is located in a great location to visit art cities such as Pietrasanta, Camaiore, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, or the beautiful beaches of Versilia, such as Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Torre del Lago with the villa museum of Giacomo Puccini, the Puccini festival, or take boat trips on the lake. Nearby there are various shops, pharmacies, supermarkets, nightclubs, restaurants, such as \\\LA DOGANA///which is about 500 m away, excellent cuisine and wonderful location. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

The Gegia Matta

In the green of Tuscany La Gegia Matta is the guesthouse of Villa Ruschi, a magnificent eighteenth-century property characterized by the typical Tuscan style. It is located in the center of Calci, in Val Graziosa and is easily accessible both by car and motorcycle. Nearby you will find restaurants, wine bars, groceries and you can also visit the beautiful Certosa di Calci. It is 10 minutes from Pisa, 20 minutes from Lucca , 1 hour from Florence and 20 minutes from the beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast.

Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

Situated in the heart of Montemarcello Natural Park, Casa Cento Rose is perfectly positioned to explore the beautiful towns of Lerici, Tellaro, Porto Venere, the Cinque Terre, and Northern Tuscany.

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.
