Le Muricciole, is a beautiful apartment recently restored in an old farmer's house on the sunny hills covered with olive orchards. Table,umbrella,armchairs allow to eat outside. It is at about 5 km from Lucca,medieval town, birth place of the opera composer Puccini. You can hike or bike ride on the river park, go to the seaside,only 20km away. You will like this place for the following reasons: light, intimacy, and peace. It is perfect for families, couples, groups, and people who work.

The residence of the Codirosso B&B: timeless soul-Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

We are not at an intersection: the traffic light shines in the garden. A few steps from the center we offer in a villa a 45 sqm accommodation suitable for a couple, possibly with children. Induction stove and dishwasher in the kitchen; hot tub in the bathroom. Color TV, and stereo system. In the main spaces of the house available for fans of a billiard with holes and a grand piano. Garden that can be used; parking and bicycles in use. Dogs are allowed as long as they are polite.

Located in one of the most beautiful and equipped areas of Viareggio, it is a short walk from everything: it is perfect for those who decide to take a nice walk in the pine forest🌳 (which is a 1-minute walk away), and for those who want to go to the city center (3/5 minutes walk away), and for those who want to head on the promenade or the sea🏖️🌊 (8 minutes walk away).🥰

Quiet and romantic, 20' from the sea and surrounded by greenery. We ONLY HOST NON-SMOKING ADULTS, we are pet-friendly (small size) and very environmentally friendly. Pedona is a 5' walk from the property, and offers 2 groceries and 1 restaurant. Camaiore, a historic and well-served city, is an 8' drive away. Our Wi-Fi is VERY LAZY, but the “connection” is not our priority😉. There is the possibility to book an umbrella on the private beach at €25 per day (payment on the beach).

Starting point for excursions and a base for relaxation, it is about 1 km from the train station. Quiet and with a wonderful view. The Guest House is on a private property with parking and a large garden. A crib and other accessories for children and infants are available upon request. Located in a small village with amenities and shops.

Gipsy Rose si trova sulle colline liguri dietro Sarzana, a pochi minuti dal mare, in ambiente naturale circondato da boschi e con splendide visuali sulla valle. Da un lato vicino al Golfo dei Poeti, Lerici e alle Cinque Terre, dall’altro alla Lunigiana e le Alpi Apuane. Situato in una zona appartata, silenziosa e fiorita, con tepee indiano e carrozzone da circo suggestivo. Il monolocale, dotato di ogni confort, bagno e cucinotto, ha l'ingresso indipendente.

My simple apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets). On the hill but close to the sea and the mountain, art, from here you can visit Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Versilia, Genoa, Cave di Marmo, Colonnata. It has a private kitchen and bathroom, surrounded by greenery, requires love for nature. I'm available for private cooking classes

Just renovated, studio in viareggina 150 meters from the sea, the pine forest and the pedestrian center of Viareggio. The accommodation consists of a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a well-equipped kitchenette. Small outdoor courtyard. Television and wi.fi. In July and August, we do not accept bookings less than 7 nights; however, it is advisable to contact us if it is necessary to change the conditions.
