Welcome to Villa Germaine, a house with a direct view of the Seine that my spouse, Jérôme, and I have renovated with a view to welcoming you for a Burgundy getaway in the heart of a National Natural Park. We will be keen to make you have a very pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful bottoms in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Charming small 18 m2 studio in the basement, with completely independent entrance through the garage, close to Mac Arthur Glen factory outlets, with easy access to the ring road leading to downtown Troyes and on the road to the lakes of the Orient Forest.
