Cozy brewery house in charming surroundings with walking distance to several nice beaches to several nice beaches, and Engelsviken pier. The brewery house has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, another small bedroom, further there are two sleeping places in a loft room, tiled bathroom with washer/dryer, living room with dining area, and a simple but practical kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and stove. The space is suitable for a family, or one for two couples, who would like to enjoy one of the pearls of the Oslo fjord.

Beautiful rural landscape, lush forests for extended walks, rich wild life for the keen observer. 120 m2 fully equipped at your disposal on a former farm neighbouring the main house. Fresh eggs and sometimes vegetables at a small extra cost. Short distance to nearby seaside (5-7 km) with nice beaches. House with charm and rural idyll

Cozy house with good atmosphere and all amenities in rural Torsnes. There is a private parking space with access to an electric car charger. From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views.

Cozy house, rural and close to the sea - child friendly

The home is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7 -8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad 1-2 times an hour. The ground floor area on the first floor is approximately 115m². Here there are two big bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry room and a delicious newly renovated bathroom. 2nd floor have two bedrooms. Sleeps/dining area for 10 people. Children's high chair and sprinkler bed can be provided upon request.

Dette lille sjarmerende huset ligger i første rekke til sjøen på Nesbrygga, som ligger på Nøtterøy. Huset er renovert og holder gjennomgående høy standard. Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Dette er et hyggelig sted med masse sjarm og god atmosfære med alle muligheter for å skape gode ferieminner.

Newly built small house, about 50 sqm, on two floors. Centrally located about 10 minutes' walk to Kosterbåtarna. Close to everything. In the house, there is a 140 cm bed and a 105 cm bed, as well as a sofa bed that is 140 cm wide. Duvets and pillows are included, but not bed sheets or towels.
