The heart of the house is the open-plan living room and kitchen. The property has two bathrooms, one on each floor, which are older in terms of fittings but fully functional and practical during your stay. Outside, you will find a large garden and pleasant outdoor areas. The house has not been recently refurbished, and the standard is somewhat basic in some areas. In return, you get plenty of space and a great location.

The house has the best location on Sönneberget and with a large pool on the property and 100 meters to the sea, you can always take a cooling dip. In Havstenssund, you get a genuine and relaxing experience of Bohuslän.
