The house is located in the middle of Lofoten at E10, 250 meters from Lofotr Viking Museum at Borg. 200 m to kiosk and roadside inn. 500 m to shop. 12 km to Leknes and 11 km to Unstad. The house is part of a small farm. There is no washing machine or dryer in the house, but it is possible to wash clothes in the main house on the farm. It's relatively low under the ceiling of the bedroom in the attic-see photos. Great hiking opportunities nearby. In both summer and winter.

Our guesthouse has one bedroom, and there is a sleeping sofa in the living room. The guesthouse has a nice, big living room, a simple kitchen area (with a refrigerator, small cooking oven, microwave and a sink, and the equipment that is needed for simple cooking), a bathroom with toilet and shower, and a storage room. There is also a washing machine available.

Ha base her hvis dere skal kjøre på ski, butikker å restauranter er 5 min unna i bil. Museum og akvariet ligger 2 km unna. Ha base her og kjøre rundt og nyt alt det flotte Lofoten har å by på av natur og matopplevelser.

Veldig flott lokasjon for turer i fjell, fiske i ferskvann og sjø, bading i ferskvann, og som utgangspunkt for turer rundt i Lofoten. Rett ved eiendommen ligger fjelltoppen «Haveren» (808m). Adgang til jaktterreng på høsten, med overflod av and, gås, rype m.m. 25 min fra Leknes, 45 min fra Svolvær.
