House renovated in 2018, comfortable, spacious and quiet. Sea, shops and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. Ground floor equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker (Nespresso), microwave, kettle, toaster...), living room, large terrace, 2 bedrooms, toilet, 1 shower room (washing machine). Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. 1500 m² plot. Parking is available for several cars. For hygiene reasons, no sheets, pillowcases, towels, gloves, tea towels, etc. are provided.

Ideal location : you just have to cross the park to reach the sea facilities (beach, fishermen, kids playground, parking lot, ...) The village itself has been elected "one of the most beautiful villages in France" in a famous TV show. All the houses stick to the reputation and all have roses in front of them. The house itself is small (small bedrooms) but perfectly located. The dining room is oriented due-west so you can enjoy the sunset on the sea every night.
