Beaucoup de charme dans cette maison ancienne mitoyenne de 1820, située dans le vieux hameau d’Arare, sur la commune de Plan les Ouates. Elle donne sur une ruelle peu passante, offrant une atmosphère calme et intime. Le logement a conservé ses éléments d’origine, avec un carrelage en terre cuite au rez de chaussée et un escalier en bois d’époque qui grince légèrement et participe au caractère authentique de la maison. Récemment rénovée, la maison est lumineuse et agréable à vivre.

Ideal for cross-border workers (located 10 minutes from customs) The accommodation is equipped with a double bed and a single bed.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom as well as a private garden with terrace; the whole is located in our very large garden (in front of our house). You are a 3-min walk from the bus stops taking you directly to the lake, train station, old town and airport, 10 min from trams 12 and 17 and CEVA. Two adult bikes and children's bikes are available.
