Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

The pond house is a typical house of the Monédieres massif in cut stone. At the end of a small inhabited hamlet, surrounded by woods, next to a pond, gives this magical place an impression of being out of time, a true haven of peace, charm, authenticity and silence. Perfect for a nature stay in the Périgord Noir, between Lascaux and Sarlat. Ideal for 2 adults, private hot tub open year-round, outdoor, not covered, terrace. The room is located upstairs, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
