La Chataigne - family friendly gite with pool

Les Coumayres consists of four unique, newly renovated gites. La Chataigne is at the front of the house with one more gite and the owners home. Behind the house are two larger gites. We also have a Glamping site with two unique domes, located a couple of minutes walk. Relax by the heated pool whilst your children play in the pool, play ping pong or have fun in the playground. There is plenty of space for everyone and each gite has their own private terrace with outdoor sofa and dining for four.

Chic Southern French Retreat, Pool, Views, Nature

L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Here you will find calm away from the noise of the city... We welcome you throughout the year with a wood-burning stove for the winter! Close to the medieval city of Carcassonne, at the foot of the Montagne Noire and 40 minutes from the first beaches of the Mediterranean, it is perfect as a base for visits to the region. It can also be used as a stopover during a business trip due to its functionality.

Marinou's Sheepfold

The 35 m² studio is completely renovated, with exposed vault. Located in the Hamlet of Coustorgues-le-Bas, it is tastefully decorated and will be the ideal starting point for visiting our beautiful region. Hikes, lake visits, (Raviège, Laouzas, Saut de Vezole...) Beautiful gorges of Héric, Colombières will be part of your various activities with the various local markets nearby. This small peaceful oasis is a 10-minute drive from Olargues and Fraïsse-sur-Agoût.

Authentic and modern Martinoles cottages

You will be welcomed in the heart of nature preserved in an old sheepfold renovated into atypical accommodation. Upstairs is a large 70 m2 living room with a lounge, an equipped kitchen and a living room. Plus a toilet. On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms including a master suite, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a large naturally shaded terrace, garden furniture, plancha, and pétanque court.
