It's around 8 meters long, with a main double bed (2ppl), a living area that also sleeps 3 (0.8x1.9 boat style beds), a dining table and a kitchenette with kitchen utensils, coffee and tea. It has a toilet a and sink and heating for the winter months, showers are located in the marina facilities. Outside there are seats to enjoy the views of the city.

Access for people with reduced mobility is restricted; no additional guests are allowed. Not suitable for guests using bicycles; there is no space to store them.
