Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Welcome to my beloved home. A great two room small apartment within the central Berlin. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. I live here myself so it is very important to me to treat my home with respect. In the house we have a concierge service. You can pick up the keys at the entrance and return them there. The concierge service is Monday - Friday from 8 am - 12 pm and Saturday 8 am - 4 pm. I wish you a great stay at my home :)

The spacious loft on the first floor is very quiet, facing away from the street with a view of the countryside and has a balcony. All around live and work sympathetic people who are mainly involved with art, architecture, design or craft.
