Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Absolute peace and quiet at home with breathtaking views over the city (Fernsehturm, Rotes Rathaus, large inner courtyard roof terrace with loungers) and luxury interiors. Cafés, Restaurants, U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Außer dem Wohn-/Schlafraum gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Unser Happy Store bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Personen. Als Familie auch zu viert.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Central Ground Floor Studio Apartment

This cozy and comfortable studio is a commercial space that is located near the subway station of Turmstraße in Moabit in the city center of Berlin. So, the central station and some of the most significant sights are not far away: for example the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Schloss Bellevue, the Kanzleramt, and the enormous park of Tiergarten. The space lies on the ground floor by a side street. So, please mind that it could get a bit noisy at times.

120 sqm loft at Fritz Castle Park in Tiergarten

The business farm Lehrter Straße, corner of Kruppstraße is centrally located, in the middle of Berlin near the main station directly at the Fritz-Schloss-Park with sports fields and a wellness oasis. The spacious loft on the first floor is very quiet, facing away from the street with a view of the countryside and has a balcony. All around live and work sympathetic people who are mainly involved with art, architecture, design or craft.

Nice apartment + cheap due to scaffolding

++ Cheap due to construction site ++ I'm currently renting for a fairly low price because there's scaffolding in front of the facade and painting work is taking place. The house is currently being repainted. Inside, you can live normally. But the view is currently obscured. There's adhesive film on the windows. Every now and then, you can hear a freight elevator for the painters. Otherwise, I recommend it :)
