The flat is only 2 houses away from the mansion of the president of Germany in the heart of the city with amazing connectivity to the airport. It's on the upper (6th floor - with elevator) with a huge balcony to the southwest, directly over the river Spree. The flat has just been fully renovated and everything is brand new, the bed, the kitchen, the bathroom, the floors, and walls BUT it is a work in progress! The planned separation of the space is not yet in place and it has few furniture.

The rooms include a small work area or workbench, perfect for working remotely. The rooms can accommodate up to 2 people. Please note that the shower is located in the room, not in a separate bathroom. Please note that all of our rooms have showers with glass doors that are not opaque.

The business farm Lehrter Straße, corner of Kruppstraße is centrally located, in the middle of Berlin near the main station directly at the Fritz-Schloss-Park with sports fields and a wellness oasis. All around live and work sympathetic people who are mainly involved with art, architecture, design or craft.
