Der Hof ist sonnseitig 1100 Meter hoch über Viehhofen gelegen und ist im Winter und Sommer über eine asphaltierte Bergstraße zu erreichen. Bei normalen Schneeverhältnissen ist die Abfahrt Piste168 zum Hof über einen kleinen Tiefschnee hang oder 10min fuss marsch erreichbar. The house is near the Gaisberg lift in a sunny location. There are only about 5 minutes walk to the village center. The ski bus stops right outside the front entrance (about 50 steps) and from the Maierl downhill you can ski right up to the house.
