You will stay in the wedding hall of the legendary L'Espérance hotel, which has been transformed into two comfortable, refurbished, single-storey apartments. Enjoy this charming cottage, located on a one-hectare property with a swimming pool, tennis court (damaged...) and pétanque court, near the wine regions of Sancerre and Pouilly, in the village of Bulcy. This small house has been completely renovated and is located next to our house, built on the remains of a castle with three towers dating back to the 11th and 15th centuries. The property is accessed via an electric gate, and parking is available near the cottage.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!
