On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

This old farm building renovated into a house (100 m2) has 3 bedrooms upstairs. 2 baby beds, 1 high chair On the ground floor: a kitchen with a large pantry, a bathroom with toilet as well as a living room. Safety gates, air conditioning. Outside: an outbuilding to store your bikes or scooters safely, garden furniture, barbecue.

The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.
