Independent, quiet and comfortable accommodation, with an infrared sauna. The Loire by bike and the Vélodyssée pass by. Garden view facing south. A quiet, green and nice neighborhood! Located 15 minutes from Nantes airport, 25 minutes from the sea. Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile).
