Vintage house in a safe area to walk in the CDMX, I live with my wife Andrea and 2 small children! We have a cat and dog. Independent entrance entering through the living room on a somewhat narrow staircase that reaches the outside patio and connects with a spiral staircase to the room. We have a luggage room on the ground floor, the room has TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, outdoor dining room and bathroom. Ideal terrace to relax and read in the hammock. Great location in Condesa full of walking places!

That in terms of the area and in terms of the room is a completely independent space with a private bathroom and all the amenities.

Near the most touristic places: 15 min from La Roma/Condesa, Coyoacán, Wtc, Zócalo and 25 min from Airport, Xochimilco, Polanco and Foro Sol. The spot is in a local zone close to the Subway (400m), supermarkets, mini super, restaurants, laundry’s. The place is completely private, and has a double bed, Tv, bathroom, wifi and a kitchenette and an incredible view to the sunset and the city. 420 friendly too 🍃

Its excellent location, one block from Reforma, allows you to be in one of the best areas of the city, to visit museums, restaurants, go shopping and take walks near the Angel of Independence. The neighborhood has all the amenities: shops, market, supermarket, bike path, park and public transportation. It's safe to walk at night, it's a block from the US embassy. The space is independent and cozy, with all amenities, including 24-hour surveillance.

Beautiful and practically* independent rooftop studio with its own little kitchen (basic stove, sink, and small refrigerator), private bathroom and terrace. Two exterior stairs led you to the rooftop. *The studio is located in the rooftop of our house, so you cross through the main house. We are located in San Miguel Chapultepec, a beautiful neighborhood next to Chapultepec Park and Condesa, near 2 subway stations, bike lanes, and metrobus.
