The in-house heated indoor pool is available - ideal for active days and relaxing hours. The modern apartment is located high above the clouds on the top 6th floor in the Edelweiss house. The kitchen is brand new and there is a cozy covered balcony.

This allows you to enjoy the best of three countries Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden, balcony and heated swimming pool from the end of April to mid-October. In winter, we have 1 locker on the slopes exclusively for our guests.

MOOKI Mountain&Pool Gerlitzen Apartment

Enjoy a few days in our apartment at 1500 m above sea level and you will have complete peace and quiet, experience pure relaxation and an incredible view of the surrounding Carinthian lake and mountain landscape. The entire apartment is decorated with unique designer pieces and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. The apartment is 36 m² and can accommodate up to six people. Pets are also welcome at any time. Our "highlight" is the "indoor pool," the use of which is included.

DeliApart Ossiacher See

Our holiday apartment, renovated in 2023, is ideal for couples and families with two children. It is located in a quiet apartment complex in Sattendorf. The complex has its own private lake access with a spacious sunbathing area, changing rooms, showers, and toilets. A two-person paddleboat is available for guests' use. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area with a balcony, a bedroom (sleeps four), a foyer, and a bathroom with a shower.

Chalet am See!

Our chalet by the lake (120 m²) has three spacious bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. There is also an indoor sauna on the second floor. The dining and living area on the ground floor is also spacious with a pull-out corner sofa, large dining table and comfortable chairs. There is a south-facing terrace. The chalet is clad with old wood walls, which provide a cozy flair. There are two private parking spaces available directly at the chalet.

Studio for 2 with a sea view and terrace

This cosy 1-room studio apartment of around 22 m² combines everything you need for a relaxing stay – open, light-flooded and charmingly designed. The room offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious double bed with TV, a dining area and a high-quality bathroom with a rain shower. The highlight is the approximately 15 m² private terrace with lounge furniture and dining area – a perfect place to enjoy the sun and get some fresh air.

Lakes and Mountain Faaker See

The small cozy apartment on Lake Faak with kitchen, bathroom(with shower) and balcony invites you to linger. Flat screen TV, Wi-Fi(free), hairdryer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Nearby opportunities: swimming, hiking or cycling, skiing (Gerlitzen, border triangle) or relaxing in the thermal spa. Villach/Velden can be reached in a few minutes. You can also be in Italy or Slovenia in about 30 minutes.

Edelweiss 300

This charming chalet is detached and single-story, suitable for 2 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. The sleeping area includes a comfortable double bed and plenty of closet space. The luxurious bathroom has a shower cabin, sink and floating toilet. On warm summer evenings, the terrace with seating is the perfect place to end the day. From the chalet, beautiful walks can be made.

Apartment Die Küche (two double beds)

For the true connoisseur, there is Apartment Die Küche – a nod to the delicious Austrian cuisine. In addition, this space used to be the kitchen of the staff house. Hundreds of meals have been prepared here for the castle's employees. We offer a cozy living kitchen, with small nods to kitchen utensils and on the walls is an ode to Austrian delicacies.
