Stay in a charming stone house in the heart of Scano di Montiferro, close to the sea, natural and archaeological sites, and Bosa and Oristano. The house is arranged on three levels: Living room entrance, equipped kitchen, bedroom with French bed (140 cm), large bathroom and laundry room on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a second double bedroom, a bathroom, and if necessary, a second kitchen. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

The house is exclusively available to guests except for one room, which can be used upon request. The cottage is located on a plot of 3 hectares, a short walk to the Sanctuary of San Mauro and about 400 meters from the archaeological park of "Biru e concas" with the famous menhirs of 3,300 ac. The town, full of meadows, woods and vineyards, is ideal for enjoying nature and archaeology, even with guided tours, the traditional cuisine accompanied by excellent local wines.

Cozy nest with bath, kitchenette and lake view. This room is part of a bigger guesthouse, but has independent access. In certain seasons the sauna and the yoga shala across the street will be open and available with extra costs. The street side access is easy. You probably will want to rent a car to explore the surroundings. The village has a few little shops and the supermarket is 6 km further. Lots of nature, walking routes and interesting places to visit are around.

We are located in Simaxis (OR) 7 km from Oristano, 5 km from the junction to SS 131. It is easy to reach the wonderful coasts of Oristano, 25-30 minutes away we find the beautiful and wild beaches of Sinis, such as Is Aruttas, San Giovanni di Sinis, S'Archittu, Mari Ermi, Torre Grande

A small loft located in central Sardinia. Approximately 60 square meters, with a large window overlooking the valley below. The spaces are dedicated to the comfortable use of an open living space communicating with a creative space of Sardinian craftsmanship and an architecture studio. The B&B is designed to accommodate people who, if they wish, can learn the art of manual weaving in the adjacent workshop, which is clearly visible from the open space.
