The market, restaurants and bars can be reached in 5 minutes walking. The house is newly built and fully furnished, in the kitchen you will find all the necessary kitchen utensils , as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Our vacation rental is situated in a quiet and friendly neighborhood at a hillside of Villaputzu (Località Cristolu Podda). The open concept apartment with 115qm offers you 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The large/generous terrace with sea view invites to relax and unwind. It’s a 1,5km car ride to the village Villaputzu and 5km to the beach/sea of Porto Corallo. Furthermore you can visit a bunch of other nice and lovely beaches within a radius of 15-30km (Murtas, Costa Rei). Car is needed!

Casa Cannas – Sardinian House (iun P5660)

A real sardinian "casa campidanese" in the middle of a little town. Casa Cannas was the house of my great uncle Giovanni. Built in the 40s, with traditional furniture but with all the comforts, garden with car spot, in a little street in Villaputzu, 10 minutes from Porto Corallo, 15 from the wild Murtas beach and about 30 minutes from the famous Castiadas and Villasimius beaches.
