This property is located in the hamlet of Cours in the commune of Villar-d'Arène in a small artisanal area. You will be at the start of the walk to get to Lake Pontet and the Aiguillon. In winter: A few kilometers away you will find the family ski resort of Chazelet, the Nordic area with toboggan run as well as the cable car of La Grave La Meije. In summer: Many activities: Mountaineering, mountain biking, cycling, river or lake fishing, tennis, paragliding, hiking, via ferrata, rafting...

When it's cold outside, warm up in front the chimney, sitting in a cozy club chair: you can imagine yourself in an old chalet of yesteryear... nevertheless equipped with wifi, television and everything modern comfort.
