Nice 35 m2 studio, refurbished, facing south, with a beautiful 18 m2 terrace with completely unobstructed views. In the foot of the slopes, many activities on site or nearby. Quiet and family residence of 24 hectares (football field, volleyball court, basketball, pétanque, ping pong tables, picnic tables, children's play structure...). Station labeled "Plus family" (44 stations labeled out of 350). 3km from the center of Villard, ranked n°1 of the cities in France in 2024.

In winter and summer, you can enjoy many sports activities or relax while enjoying the calm and landscapes of the Vercors. A breath of fresh air less than: 50 minutes from Grenoble, 1 hr 50 minutes from Lyon, 1 hr 30 minutes from Valence.

Small studio in Les Glovettes (Villard-de-Lans) at the foot of the slopes. Skis to the feet in winter and starting beautiful hikes ! The accommodation is small (14 m2) but it is super comfortable for a couple. It is located on the 2nd floor with elevator, 100 m from the supermarket and shops (inquire about the opening). Duvets and pillows provided... but not sheets or towels. Don't forget them! This allows us to rent the studio for very short periods.

Authentic alpine chalet called "Le Veillou" dating from 1931 and which once served as a surveillance for the 1st ski slopes of VILLARD-DE-LANS. Located on the heights of the village, at the place called "Les Cochettes". Ideal location for the departure of many hikes (Col Vert, Cascade de la Fauge, ...) and a 5-minute drive from downtown. The chalet has retained its charm of yesteryear with the comforts necessary for an atypical and natural stay.

Refurbished studio full of charm in an old stone building 500 m from the center. Fully-equipped kitchen. Mezzanine with double bed, clic clac with TV corner Bathroom in the walk-in! Beautiful views of all Villard. Nearby walks. Market 7 minutes' walk sauna open and included in the price. The pool/ Jacuzzi are under renovation and therefore currently inaccessible.
