Our charming beach home is situated in an exclusive and peaceful seaside neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes and gardens, walking distance from the sea. Due to the elevated situation of the home, you will enjoy the pleasant sea breeze and beautiful views from your private garden with BBQ and pool. The home has been tastefully designed with new furniture and decoration. High speed internet. Although shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

Villa located in peaceful surroundings however 5 minutes from Beaches, Bars and restaurants. “This is an absolutely beautiful 4 bedroom villa, located in a prime location in Mojacar Playa. Bars, restaurants and blue flag beaches all within walking distance from the property. The villa has AMAZING views of the sea, the mountains and Mojacar pueblo. The sofa bed will only be built when there is 9 or 10 adult guests in the house. Any other time the bed is requested there will be a charge.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located on top of a hill and a 5-10 min walk from te beach and the boulevard with all restaurants and bars. The air bnb has a huge terrace (70m2) with a roofed dining area, lounge and a barbecue. The views are spectacular. You will live between the mountains with a fantastisch pool- and seaview. Very quiet residential, with swimming pool and garage, 2 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with bathtub and toilet with shower, full kitchen and dining room. Terrace with table and chairs, and the best for the end... a sundeck, with chill-out area, hammocks and pergola! For a few unforgettable sunsets... A tasteful apartment and all the details, close to the beach and beach bars. Tourist villages 4 min away ,coves and virgin beaches nearby

80m2 apartment with a large terrace with good orientation, free Wi-Fi, and TV. It has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two twin beds, all rooms with newly installed fans. The house also has a washing machine, refrigerator, ceramic hob, iron, microwave, kitchenware, linens, and towels. The development, 500 meters from the beach, has two swimming pools and a beautiful common area. I don't have parking and I don't allow pets.
