Upstairs 3 spacious bedrooms each with a private bathroom. A barn adjacent to the house allows you to bring in your bikes or motorcycles. A laundry room with freezer and washing machine are available.

Fully air-conditioned and parking is available in front of the house. 2 km from the Verdun shopping area and 5 km from the center.
