Enjoy with family this place to stay that offers good times in perspective. The house is located in a quiet hamlet (1 neighbor shares it with us), 25 minutes from the cities of Sens, Nemours and Montereau. From the house, many walks to reach the surrounding hamlets and villages. 4 km away: Intermarché, pharmacy and bakery. The house includes on the ground floor a living room of 60 m2 and a dining kitchen of 30 m2, open to the garden Upstairs 4 bedrooms, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom.

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, a 40 m2 house located in Nonville, a village in the Lunain Valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live on site in another house, we will be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Property near the « Château du Mez » (castel), located outside the village, in a wooded park crossed by the Betz (first category river in Natura 2000 zone). Ideal for recharging your batteries in a natural setting and enjoying the shaded garden and the coolness of the watercourse on hot summer days. Located in a listed village, the house offers a magnificent garden where the meanders of the stream will lead you to a long shaded pond at the end of which you will discover the intimacy of an old wash house. The honey-coloured house is a cocoon of comfort with its wood-burning stove. The three bedrooms with exposed beams encourage rest. Our gîte is an old renovated building that is part of our farm still in operation. We grow cereals and raise sheep in Organic Farming. We are located close to Fontainebleau and the Loing Valley. Paris is 1 hour by train or by car via the highway. You can enjoy the calm, friendliness and comfort of our gîte for 8 people.
