The studio (attached to our house but totally independent) is composed of a small courtyard not overlooked, a sleeping area, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Vine gîte on Domaine de la Matte a peaceful farm just 15 mins drive to Carcassonne. The gîte has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed. A bathroom room with shower, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, living room and outside private terrace. Breakfast and dinner is optional (table d'hôtes). The domaine has 18 hectors with farm animals and forest. There is a playground with swings, trampoline etc. The swimming pool is open from 23 June to 13 September.
