The house is located above the village of Villeneuve, in a very quiet area, located a 20-minute walk from the train station. A car is highly recommended, we have a parking space. In Villeneuve, the docks, beach and nature reserve allow you to enjoy the lake and admire the mountains. Towards Montreux, the famous Chillon Castle is worth a visit. Swimming pool in Villeneuve. The Montreux Jazz Festival is held annually in early July.

Beautiful Belle Époque lemon wood dressing table. Sliding door with stained glass window made by an artist. Large 25 m2 living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 2-seater sofa bed. Very large balcony and its superb lake view!!
