With lots of light and tranquility, and a green balcony to eat, drink or read outside. The building is from the 1800th, so the five floors are to be walkded upstairs (by human power:) The « award » is being high up, far from noise and close to the sun:)

Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

In a neighbourhood vibrant of shops and restaurants, it is 2 minutes on foot from the Metro, from which all Paris must-sees are within a 13-30 minute range.
