Located 25 minutes from Montpellier, 30 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from the Pic Saint-Loup, this small haven of peace will allow you to discover the hinterland, to walk in the vineyards while enjoying the beaches around Montpellier. Good tastings of local wines are also recommended in the cellars.

Close to Nîmes (10 km), city of art and culture. 25 km from Anduze (gateway to the Cévennes) and its beautiful rivers and 45 minutes from Mediterranean beaches. Also close to Uzès and Sommières. You'll love my place for its cozy and well-equipped side as well as the large garden with a terrace with barbecue, hammock and a large above-ground pool. The house has a full American kitchen (fridge, induction cooktop, ovens, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, etc.) with a table and 4 chairs.

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.
