A private heated 10 m² swimming pool overlooking the terrace is reserved for you on the grounds (without time constraints for use), a Mediterranean garden is present with palm tree, coconut tree, lemon tree, banana tree and olive tree. The house has a full American kitchen (fridge, induction cooktop, ovens, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, etc.) with a table and 4 chairs.

Les Songes d'Augustine is a tribute to an old lady, our home. With the utmost respect for our elders, we renovated it with all our heart while preserving its soul of yesteryear. Preserving its beams, its stones and adding touches of comfort and modernity. Les Songes d'Augustine is an old lady who puts on her Sunday best, it's the sweetness of her flowery and shaded patio, it's a pretty kitchen equipped because it has the taste of the South.

Ce vaste studio vous séduira avec ses couleurs chaudes et son esprit cocooning ! Idéalement situé à l'entrée de Sommières, charmante cité entre Nîmes et Montpellier, il donne sur une jolie cour avec une entrée indépendante de la maison des propriétaires. Récemment rénové, il dispose d'une cuisine équipée, d'un Wc indépendant avec lavabo et d'une douche avec hammam. Il est raccordé au Wifi. Vous bénéficiez d'un accès piscine (voir remarques).

Downtown within 5 min walk.

The little house in Aujargues

Charming little village house in a completely quiet location on a cul-de-sac, with a cosy little indoor garden. Fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room, outdoor garden and a barbecue for grilling. 2 bedrooms, one with a mezzanine and a relaxation area, shower room and WC. Our house is entrusted to La Conciergerie du Barbu, you will understand when you meet Nicolas our co-host. Don't hesitate to ask them for any information.

Very quiet 40 m2 cottage on the ground floor of our house. It has a private entrance, a kitchen with appliances, a bathroom, toilet, a bedroom with dressing room and a living room in a warm and cozy atmosphere. The exteriors have a balcony, terrace with barbecue, pool access and garden. Ideally located between Nîmes and Montpellier, just 5 km from Sommieres and close to many typical classified villages in Circulade.
