Sommières, a small medieval city of character where Laurence Durrell took up residence. Its Tiberius Bridge attests to a Roman presence as well. Close to Montpellier, a thousand-year-old and modern city, and Nîmes, where the Maison Carré was inscribed on the UNESCO list in 2023, but also the beautiful beaches of La Grand Motte and Le Grau du Roi.

42 m² house with its private 100 m² garden and 2 terraces with PIZZA oven. A private heated 10 m² swimming pool overlooking the terrace is reserved for you on the grounds (without time constraints for use), a Mediterranean garden is present with palm tree, coconut tree, lemon tree, banana tree and olive tree. The house has a full American kitchen (fridge, induction cooktop, ovens, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, etc.) with a table and 4 chairs.

Ce vaste studio vous séduira avec ses couleurs chaudes et son esprit cocooning ! Idéalement situé à l'entrée de Sommières, charmante cité entre Nîmes et Montpellier, il donne sur une jolie cour avec une entrée indépendante de la maison des propriétaires. Récemment rénové, il dispose d'une cuisine équipée, d'un Wc indépendant avec lavabo et d'une douche avec hammam. Il est raccordé au Wifi. Vous bénéficiez d'un accès piscine (voir remarques).

Our gîte is located in the center of the charming village near Sommieres, Vergeze and Lunel at the gates of the Camargue, less than an hour from the Pont du Gard and Uzes, between Nîmes and Montpellier, close to the A9 highway. It can accommodate 5 people. It is located in the backyard of a village house in Gard stones where we live. It is nicely equipped, charm, comfort, peace and quiet are waiting for you.
