You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. The Orangery - Chateau de Quemigny

The gite is in the orangery at the chateau de Quemigny, a listed monument. The estate is located in a preserved countryside with lot of sites to visit in the neighbourhood and surrounded by a nice garden. The gite is located on the first and second floors of the orangery: on the first floor, a vast kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom; on the second floor, a living room, a bedroom which includes a small bathroom. Landlords live in the chateau and are always available for their guests.
